3. Appointments & Payments
Booking: Appointments are confirmed upon payment or deposit or as specified during reservation.
Cancellations: Notify us at least [24/48] hours in advance to avoid fees. No-shows forfeit payment.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable once rendered. Pre-paid sessions expire after 30 days.
